The Group
Crisp Hospitality Management operates five St. Louis originals — a heritage steakhouse, a draft house, a fried-chicken counter, a neighborhood joint, and a 3 a.m. institution. Each with its own name on the door. All held to the same standard of welcome.
Operating Philosophy
Every house keeps its own name, its own menu, its own regulars. The group exists so each room can be more itself — never less.
Lighting, pacing, music, the temperature of a welcome — the things guests feel but never see on an invoice. We manage them nightly, on purpose.
A great night should not depend on luck. Standards travel from kitchen to kitchen so the third visit is as good as the first.
These rooms belong to their neighborhoods as much as to us. We keep them lit, staffed, and honest — and hand them forward better than we found them.
